I will eat my dark chocolate anytime, anyplace, by myself, or with a crowd - and for no good reason.
Trust me. I am an openly, happy chocolate eater!
So when I ran across this post on the uber-cool site 'CHOW', on 'How to Taste Dark Chocolate" I thought...'You must be kidding!' Hardly.
What I learned was something I never knew - tasting should be based on 'snap, aroma, texture and finish.'.
Meaning there's a whole lot more than just peeling back the wrapper!
