'Don't Mess with Texas'!...Dublin, that is!

In 1885, what has become known as the state drink of Texas, 'Dr. Pepper' was originally created in the western frontier town, called Waco. So wild it was back then, that the town's nickname was 'Six-Shooter Junction'!
Dr. Pepper became such a popular fountain drink, that people came from miles around to sample the unique drink made with Imperial Pure Cane Sugar. 
The little town of Dublin, Texas became the home for the original Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant, which has continued making the exact recipe for over a hundred years - until now. 
This month, the Snapple Group has decided to move the over 100-year-old production plant of Dr. Pepper, leaving the town with little more than memories.  And a museum.  One thing is certain...

In Texas, anything and everything goes better with a Dr. Pepper!
